need to work on the projects that were assigned by HR leaders.
Should encourage and bring the recognition strategies, performance management, reward issuance there by bringing high performance culture.

Qualification :
Post graduation like MBA or equivalent.
need to communicate fluently across all the levels.
should have experience in managing the team during the organisational changes.
need to have exposure in handling ER matters.
fluent in all aspects of English, with 6+ experience and as a HR minimum of 3+ years
