Job role as HR, need to be collaborated with the domain heads and responsible for achieving sustainable culture
Should perform the Compensation and benefits, TM,PMP, business partnering, recruitment process.
need to work on the projects that were assigned by HR leaders.
Should encourage and bring the recognition strategies, performance management, reward issuance there by bringing high performance culture.
Should lay new strategies and attract or retain existing employees,
should support in organisational change, peoples development.
Qualification :
Post graduation like MBA or equivalent.
need to communicate fluently across all the levels.
should have experience in managing the team during the organisational changes.
need to have exposure in handling ER matters.
fluent in all aspects of English, with 6+ experience and as a HR minimum of 3+ years

Should understand and view the resourses available and initiate the plan and program mobilization.
should be responsible for execution of programs in all stages.
have the capability to drive during organisational changes.
Should drive the projects effectively without compromising quality, there by adhering to cost and timelines.
person will be responsible for direct contact to project heads and global teams abroad.
Should perform the overall documentation of the program report
Need to stick with the guidelines of safety and program procedures.

Qualification :
Minimum of educational degree need to e present with good oral and written skills in English.
should be proficient with project functions like scrum
experience in delivering projects to global teams.
experience in demand and supply management is necessary.
Should have 8- 12 years of experience in leading global projects
Expertise in understanding and setting up the ideas from the business perspectives.
