Need to Select the candidates by screening the profiles from job portals and shortlist them accordingly
Filter the candidates after the first round done.
Need to have good communication skills
Post the job requirements on advertising platforms and other sources of internet
Should perform the timely recruitment and need to follow up the managers in this aspect.
Person with previous knowledge in bulk pharma would be an added advantage
